The Journey 

The Journey was my BFA Senior exhibition show held for graduates. It is a project about the road leading to self discovery. In life, we often struggle to find our calling and purpose. While the end goal of discovering who you are is the same for almost everyone, the road to getting there is vastly different. Some individuals struggle all the way to the end, while others have an easier time and know what their calling is. Some even give up and simply go with the flow of where life takes them. As humans, we often search for a place to belong and have a strong sense of self. Getting there can either be easy or difficult. The Journey brings those feelings and experiences to life through the use of symbolism.
