This was my introduction to shooting video and using a DSLR camera. I created a dynamic one-shot of a candle. I wanted to create a dreamy yet lonely and creepy atmosphere.

Anxiety can appear in different forms and everyone experiences it differently. This project focuses on social anxiety, which usually stems from an "Imaginary Audience". An imaginary audience is where a person believes that someone or a group of people are actively watching and judging their every move. I wanted simulate a visual representation of what it could potentially feel like or what goes through someone's mind when experiencing the anxiety.

For this project I wanted to take two contrasting places and put them together to create this abstract piece. The city and nature are very different in atmosphere. I took the audio from the city and switched it with the nature shots to further emphasize the difference.
